Weight Loss
Now It's An Uphill Adventure
Statistics are that if
you're reading this, you've already been on anywhere
from five to twelve different diets and they don't work.
Or maybe they worked for a short time but then you
gained the weight back. The problem was most likely that
the "diet" wasn't customized for you and it wasn't
something you could do for the rest of your life.
So you win the battle, but
not the war.
There are a number of
reasons we become overweight; and the reasons we remain
overweight are also numerous. Many diets throw around
words like metabolism, carbohydrates, and calories-as if
we're somehow supposed to understand what they mean!
Some people overeat all the time and remain thin. Others
eat moderately and gain weight.
It's no wonder everything
with weight has become a "battle."
The great thing about our
weight loss program is that all you have to do is follow
instructions.
Like climbing a mountain;
you start at a base and work towards the peak, enjoying
the view (the view of your waistline shrinking and your
muscles toning, that is) along the way.
Part 1: Base Camp
Cleansing the body of
harmful toxins and impurities is critical to weight loss
and management. But unlike other, dangerous
detoxification plans-which remove both good and bad
nutrients and are mainly a liquid base substance- our
method cleans your body of impurities using natural
foods and high-grade, all natural supplements. There's
no starving or impeding nutrients. It simply requires a
strict list of allowable foods, mostly fruits and
vegetables.
Part 2: Incline
The purpose of this phase
is to reintroduce many foods you missed during base
camp, establish a regular eating schedule to keep your
mind and body productive and stress-free throughout the
day, and start a customized exercise program.
Part 3: Ascension
During the past two
phases, you have laid down a solid foundation for a
healthier life-style that we will now continue to build
on. We'll now add more food choices, including letting
you indulge in many of the foods you've enjoyed in the
past. The difference, however, is that you'll now have
the greater understanding of portion control and the
importance of avoiding cliffs and slippery slopes. We're
also going to take the next step in exercising to help
you to your peak self quicker.
Part:4 Peak
Once here, you'll know
what we mean when we say you're something to admire and
respect-like the view from a mountain peak. Take a deep
breath and realize what you've accomplished. You've
completed your adventure and made it to the top. Our
final step is to teach you how to stay here. |
